Physics Major applying to Msc/PhD Civil Engineering for Grad School

I’m a current Junior double majoring in Physics and Economics, and minoring in Math.
Here are my stats:

School: Wheaton College(MA)
Overall GPA: 3.62 [will probably pull it to 3.7 by senior year]
Physics GPA: 3.86
GRE: Not done yet

Research Experience:

-I built a fuel efficient stove my sophmore year and won a $10K award to implement it in rural Africa during the summer of 2009.
-Planning on applying for research programs this summer(2010) as well.

What are my chances of getting into good programs (Ivy League??) in Civil Engineering even if my undergraduate education is in Physics?
