physics subject test: how important are the laws of gravitation?

so I’m trying to prepare for the physics subject test in october. i just came across the “gravitation” chapter in my Barron’s book, and am finding it pretty terrifying (we never even TOUCHED on this stuff in my physics class in school, which was not AP btw). is it worth it to try to learn all of it, or is my time better spent polishing the skills i already have?

It depends what kind of score you want.
I haven’t used the Barron’s guide so I can’t be sure but there are definitely questions involving gravity (on earth and sometimes mars) as well as questions on gravitational force between 2 objects, on the Physics subject test.
It is probably still possible for you to get a decent/half-decent score without knowing that chapter but I would STRONGLY suggest that you at least read through the it, if you have the time.
