I am considering majoring at physics at the university of chicago. I am wondering though if there are basic electrical engineering courses I could take. I am thinking of getting a masters degree in engineering afterwards, or Electro-Optics (at the air force institute of technology). This is possibly a deal breaker for me, I am still only a junior in high school though. My other interests are economics and politics so I thought UC would be great, but this is very important to me.

Unfortunately, we do not have programs in engineering- if you fall in love with UChicago and wish to attend, you may be able to take engineering courses over the summer at another school, but we do not have engineering classes on campus or any sort of engineering major.
