UVA has a systems engineering program, which is statistics-heavy:

Included in the major is an application sequence; one of the possible choices is “economic systems” (including economics courses), and another is “mathematical systems” (including statistics courses).
If you do not graduate early, you would have 7 free elective spaces to add more economics, finance, and statistics courses. If you do graduate a semester early, you would have 2-3 free elective spaces for that, assuming one fewer semester means 4-5 fewer courses. Some economics courses may be eligible to fulfill HSS electives.
