Picky, picky, picky (mailing forms)

I have to send my Teacher Evaluations and school reports by mail since my school doesn’t have the ability to send them electronically (don’t ask why :/). On the mailing labels instructions, it asks:

• Cut out the label on the dotted line and affix it to a 9x12 envelope; add postage to envelope.
• Please do not fold the form or staple the pages together.

Am I expected to provide a 9x12 envelope for each form or do I put all the forms in one envelope? Are they even that picky? (btw I already e-mailed the admissions office, they misunderstood my question, so I wasted about 5 seconds of their time haha)

Your guidance counselor (typically) does this for you. Otherwise, one envelope will suffice for the school reports. (Note that you may need additional postage based on the additional weight of its contents.)

The teacher recs should be sent individually, in envelopes of their own, via your teachers.

Hope that helps! :)

It says to send each in separate 9x12 envelopes, each with the appropiate mailing label.

Stanford admissions is… ah… OCD.
