I was wondering how Pitt generally is for OOS aid. I know I will qualify for some merit aid, but most likely not a full scholarship. How big of a disadvantage are you at for aid compared to in-state students?
As an OOS student you qualify for same federal aid (Pell grant, student loans, work study) as instate students, provided the EFC is low enough.
Instate students can also qualify for PA state grants.
I think Pitt gives a limited number of need based institutional grants to low income students.
