Pittsburg vs. PennState vs. Purdue

Got admitted to University of Pittsburg, Penn State, and Purdue, all main Campuses and all ECE majors, but for Purdue it’s School of Technology not School of Engineering. Whihc one should I choose? The goal is to go to a better school for graduate study later.

You can get into a good grad program from any of these places. You can choose based on price, distance from home, or whatever other factor you choose.

Don’t worry about the name of the division. Each university gets to name its divisions however it wants to.

University of Pittsburgh is probably the cheapest. Go for it.

Do you want a large-city, urban environment (Pitt) or a classic “All-American College Town” (Penn State/State College)?
As far as academic level and weather go, they’re all pretty much the same.
Penn State has the largest Alumni network in the US but Purdue has good placement too.
Really it’s a matter of preference :)

Thanks to all for the replies! Is there a joint program between Pittsburgh and CMU so students can take course on either campuses? Does that bring advantage when apply for graduate school at CMU?

The classes that Pitt does not offer can be taken at CMU and vice versa.

ha ha no.
