<p>I just gave one of the placement exams, and now i am preparing for the maths. I wasn’t high schooled here, so i dont know what will be covered in the maths exam. i borrowed CLEP and Calculus books from the library. by the way i giving these exams for polytech university. If anyone has further information, please post.</p>
<p>Well by your use of maths I’m assuming your European, or more specifically British, but that’s somewhat irrelevant, though many of the British kids I know at college are very well educated in math and science. However, I don’t see why you’re studying for the exam, after all, it’s a placement exam, so by preparing for it, your results will not reflect your true ability, but anyway, math placement exams are usually general mathematic concepts covering all fields (geo, trig, calc, algebra, etc.) with a very general scope.</p>
