<p>you take the math at orientation. It’s super easy and isn’t anything you should worry about. Worst case scenario is you have to take MTH U240 which merely has an extra lab. The writing test is taken during the first class of your writing course. It’s basically an essay that is graded quite liberally. If you do very badly (which is highly unlikely), they’ll move you into a catch-up class and you’ll have to take the regular class later.</p>
