<p>So hello everyone. This fall I will be joining the mechanical engineering department for my MS/PhD, and I was wanting to know if anyone had any suggestions for places (apartments, townhomes, duplexes, etc) in BCS to live (or not to live) for graduate students. I have had my 4 years of undergrad, so I don’t really have a need to be close to the party scene or anything, and perhaps it would even be best to stay farther from those areas just because it will be quieter for me to get work done (since I am sure I will have a ton of it).</p>
