Placing out of intro classes

I’m planning to take Biomed engineering at Wash U. Is it recommended to place out of intro courses, and if so which ones? Here’s a list of the exams I got 5s on and am thinking of placing out of:

Chem
Bio
Calc
Art History
European History
Physics B
Statistics
Comp Sci

I’m thinking it may not be wise to skip intro chem, bio, and physics, calc.

Also, do you guys have any recommendations as to what classes a BME major should take during the first year? Thanks so much guys.

No reason to retake Calc if you got 5 on it.
I heard that lab science classes are better to retake, but you should probably ask your academic adviser about it - that’s what they’re for.
