so I’m a transfer student and for various random reasons, I really don’t have any solid plans for August. Besides a few artsy projects that are too vague to get into and planning for sophomore year and chilling with friends whatever, I know I need something specific to do but this is beyond last minute and I really could use some help brainstorming. I don’t know anywhere to find a job at this point and time and I don’t really have the job experience to back me up on the search, especially since I leave September 9. I’m still living at home so I can afford to volunteer somewhere, but even those programs require a bunch of training that I can’t really see fitting into my one measly month. I’d love to do something valuable with my time–any ideas??

haha, thanks. Wesleyan to Northwestern. No car, unfortunately, otherwise I’d probably be at NU already. Personally, I’m ready for school to start…
