<p>You put the actual decal sticker on the plastic display then put the display on the inside of your car.</p>
<p>It’s a rectangular pierce of semi-hard plastic. It has 2 suction cups at the top on the front of it. You place the decal on the front of the device, below the suction cups and then stick the device to your windshield in the lower right-hand corner from the inside. This prevents you from having to stick the decal directly to the outside of the windshield and thus prevents it from getting wet. Also, it’s useful if you need to peel off your decal after it expires and you get a new one.</p>
