For a Biochemistry major, how does this look

Gen Chem I
Bio Concepts and Methods I
Bio Concepts and Methods Lab I
Gen Chem Lab
Gen Chem Recitation
Freshman Seminars (there are 2)
Precalc for math and science majors
total of 15 credits—should i drop the seminars if i plan on transferring?

It depends. What freshman seminars are those?

You might want to have a non-science based class to fulfill a GE requirement because you might need that depending on where you choose to transfer to.

i wish to transfer to either Fordham or NYU. The seminars are Freshman Orientation Experience and Scientific Basis of Contemporary Biomedical Issues

what GE class would you reccomend?

The freshman orientation seminar sounds like a fluff class that probably wouldn’t transfer.

Are these both one unit classes? If so, are they a sequence or only for on semester.

If anything, the bioethics class sound better for a science major

Firstly, check whether Fordham or NYU have GE requirements. If they do, take a class that they would require their own freshmen to take.

Some possible GE classes might be Sociology, Economics etc.

Check the schools websites first.

It states that you cant take one freshamn seminar without the other…so i guess they are one unit? What do you mean a bioethics class? sorry im kind of confused.
