At my children’s school the only students to get in to BU over the last 4 years were every student who applied ED (2 per year), and no one else. We typically have 10-12 applicants per year from our school. Those accepted had UW GPAs in the 3.7-3.8 range and test scores in the range of 1300-1430/29-32. Those who were rejected included students with similar stats AND everyone who applied with a 4.0. No one who applied RD over the last 4 years was admitted. So…from our school…your stats would have a good chance if you applied ED and little to no chance if you apply RD. But…that’s just our data. I will say my child applied RD and then thought she withdrew her app after getting in ED elsewhere. Apparently she did not withdraw it because she received a decision letter…even though she never sent in first semester grades (since she thought she had withdrawn). She did not get in but she was offered Guaranteed Transfer, which is a program I was not previously aware of. In the GT program you start somewhere else for a year and then have a guaranteed transfer spot available as a sophomore at BU. My D’s stats were approx 3.7UW and 32 ACT with high course rigor.
Having said that, I agree with everyone else who said just keep of the good work and come back in a year and ask again. Also look at the NPC, especially if you are thinking of applying ED (anywhere).
