Colleges do not care about or look at your 8th grade scores. 9-12th grade gpa is considered. Cornell does not care about your family income, they are need blind.
2000 on SAT? What grade are you in? I believe they only look at the critical reading and math sections so those two scores individually are important.
If you want people to chance you please provide a little more info. Such as your grade, SAT scores, Course load, AP scores, which college within Cornell you wish to apply, Major applying for, SAT II scores, GPA weighted/unweighted, etc…

Raise that SAT to a 2200 or a 2100 and I think you’ll be in pretty good shape. But obviously nothing is guaranteed.
