GPA: 3.85 - My huge weakness… this is what’s holding me back. Luckily, my weighted is much stronger, a 5.84. I’ve taken the hardest classes available to me, and some that aren’t available to most people (dual enrollment) and I hope that my other strengths will compensate for this. I really slacked freshman year, but got all a’s in the hardest schedule possible junior year, so hopefully that will count for me.

SAT: 1580/1600 - One of my strong points, but I"m sure most people applying have close to this, or better

Letters: My letters (On the common application I put that I waived my right to see them, but my teachers gave them to me anyways for scholarships) are great, my letters are another strong point.

Extracurriculars:
I"m not going to go over awards, leadership positions, records, etc… Because again I don’t want to waste your time, but my big 3 extracurriculars are:
- Boy Scouts - Life Scout almost done my eagle scout, a few leadership positiongs
- Job - Wholesale manager of a small business, we have a few employees that I am in charge of
- Gym - I compete in powerlifting and have a collection of national records, I volunteer and help out friends on various sports teams with their training
Of course I’m part of the standard school activities (NHS, student gov, etc) but those probably aren’t doing much for me

Essay:
Put it this way: I wrote a 10,000 word essay in about 5 hours… and I spent close to 20 writing each essay after all the revisions that were done.

If anyone could give me a chance, I’d really appreciate it. If I need to elaborate on any area for more accurate results, just let me know.
