Please chance me for ut- el paso

<p>Hi
I am an international student- an Indian. I want to know my chances at ut- el paso. My friends told me for it but the most worrying matter is my SAT -it’s only 1640 (horrible!!) cr=490, m=630, w=520. By the way my gpa is 3.86 out of 4 and I usually get 2nd rank in my class.</p>

<p>Let me first say I have absolutely no experiences in this so it’s all speculation on my part. Your SAT score is still above the minimum required for admissions of resident students who aren’t ranked. If there is room for you, I would think they would accept you.</p>

<p>Hi, I live in El Paso and know many people who go to UTEP and trust me you will get in, they don’t reject anyone unless they don’t graduate from high school.</p>

<p>I’m with HolyBatman on this. If not you can always try University of Texas Pan-American if you don’t mind living in South Texas. I think your GPA & class rank would do it.</p>
