<p>well, i got my Oct SAT score yesterday and it really disappointed me.
I studied for all summer and my critical reading only went up by 10!!! i did some mock tests before the actual test and i got great cr score every time.I then approached the actual test with confidence and thought i did well when i walked out. So now I’m seriously doubt that my score is wrong.</p>
<p>And I want to say another thing. I took my Sat in asia. When I walked out of the test center,some of my friends told me that some parts of the Oct Sat was the same as the this year’s Mar Sat which they had already taken when they were exchange students US.This is ridiculous. </p>
<p>Fyi,I knew a lot of people who cheated during the test and of course, no one cares.</p>

a lot of people got the topic for the essay when they were outside the test center.
I heard students discussing about their answers during breaks.there were,of course,tutors taking the test and providing answers to their students.
I knew a girl who never performed well in mock tests. however, she got 800 in CR easily because as she said, she had already knew the answer before the test.
The answers for May SAT,June SAT and Oct SAT were all known by some students before the tests.
I am aware that all the things I said lack evidence and it is completely understandable if you choose not to believe me. All I want to do is to show people that the SAT in Asia is no longer a test that can show students’ competency.</p>
<p>Just how I look at this: using a test paper used by American students will give a better view on scholastic assessment of American and foreign students who will sit in the same classroom in the fall. It seems that risk of a leak was underestimated. But, would you think admission officers are that unsophisticated and wouldn’t know better? On another side, cheating to get in shouldn’t take one very far.</p>

I hope that, as you said, the admission officers know the situation, but even if they know, what can they do ?
Though it is true that cheating should not take one far, it is still possible that the owner of fake score will jeopardize other students’ chance of getting in good colleges.</p>
