<p>I was reviewing some math and came across the sentence I wrote in the title. I’m sure you all know that it’s just a way to remember: PEMDAS…the math thing.
anyway, is it just me or is that sentence the dumbest thing a person could have come up with? I mean, there are half a million words in the English language and that was the best they could do!!</p>
<p>I advocate (I used a SAT word. yay!) that we all try to come up with better sentences than the afforementioned one.</p>
<p>unfortunately, all I could come up with was:</p>
<p>People Eat Meat Daily After Snacks.
Planet Earth May Die Annualy on Saturdays…that one is even dumber. and I’m out of ideas…</p>
<p>haha Kings Play Chess On Fragile Glass Stools…is what I learned. =P</p>
<p>But yeaaaah the Please Excuse, I always found amusing. What was even better is that my math teacher in 7th grade literally spent at leat a half hour telling this story…all leading up to the end of the story in which the niece said the phrase to her guest she had over for dinner. Ohhh middle school.</p>
<p>a physics teacher of mine did the same thing with the chaos theory. He told a huge ten minute story only to reach the conclusion that the world is random.
I though of another PEMDAS one:
Psychpaths Enter Museums Driving And Speeding.</p>
