<p>Dowling College, how is the college? Please give your opinion. Do they give out any full scholarsips?</p>
<p>Cant say i’ve ever heard of it and my whole family lives in NY.</p>
<p>Not to sound rude, but I doubt you’ll find that many people on here who have heard of it. I’d recommend taking a look at the website and US NEWS, just to get a general idea. By all means dont use US NEWS to determine where you’re going to apply and go, but it can give you a good idea about what the school is like.</p>

Dowling is a local college here on Long Island in New York.It’s known locally as a “teacher trainer”.The campus is small but nice.They have some dorms but not many.Lots of people commute.I dont think its known at all outside this region.
Do I discern by your screenname that you are interested in Aviation?If so,its a place to seriously consider,as its Aviation/Pilot training programs (a rarity)are really well known and respected.
I suspect if you are a high acheiver with good stats, you could do well there scholarship wise.</p>

If u guys are interested, u can see my stats tht I posted on my other threads. I am seeking colleges right now doing rolling admissions who still willing to give scholarships. I am doing a frantic search and I am in a jam.</p>
<p>If you want to get into Med School, you’ll probably need to transfer into another school. Even with a 4.0 you’d have a hard time getting into med school from there.</p>
