I am 23 and graduated from a mid-tier business school with a finance degree (3.7 GPA). After coding some side projects, I realized the computer science field is where I want to be. Though I know I could get some programming jobs just doing a code camp or even merely having a good portfolio of work, I think that the network, (potential) prestige, and resources that a university can provide are more relevant to my end goals. Is it possible for someone who has already completed an undergraduate degree to get accepted to a top 10/20 computer science program?
Some places do admit second bachelor degree students. Others don’t. So you need to check the policies at the places currently on your list. Contact the transfer admissions offices and ask.
