Hello, Im pretty confused on where I stand on my list of colleges. My GPA kinda killed me but I took the hardest classes offered . Any feedback will be extremely helpful to me

I live in Massachusetts
I am an Asian Male
I can pay OOS tuition(Seemed to be asked that a lot)

National Latin Honor Society
1 Year Student Council
Community Teens 4 Years- President Senior Year( Basically a club that does community service- I have over 200 Hours)
