Please help me find colleges based on this criteria

I am an international (Asian) applicant looking to apply to top US universities and colleges. I want to major in Economics which is why I want to apply to the schools with the best Economics department. Moreover, I will require a lot of financial aid, so the schools must be bit generous towards their international applicants. These are my basic criteria so please tell me which schools I should look into besides HYPSM. Thank you.

Schools among both the top 25 for finaid to internationals and the top 25 for econ PhD productivity:

need-blind for internationals
Harvard, Princeton, MIT, Yale (universities)
Amherst (liberal arts college)

need-aware for internationals
Stanford (university)
Swarthmore, Carleton, Williams, Macalester, Bowdoin, Wellesley (women only), Pomona (LACs)

All of the above are selective, well-respected colleges.
Macalester is less selective than the others. Former UN Secretary General Kofi Annan went there. So did former US VP Walter Mondale. It enrolls a relatively high percentage of international students.
