<p>That is one question on my SALARY DEPOSIT REQUEST form. I only have a checking account, so I must choose the first type.</p>

<p>My question is: What is a “voided check?” My checkbook recently came in the mail (a book with 50 pages of check). Can I use one as a “voided check”? How do I make it void?</p>

<p>is it for direct deposit? you can use a blank check or whatever old check you used, blank check works for me.</p>

<p>Take a blank check. Write “VOID” accross the face of it in big black letters. Don’t fill anything else in. That’s a voided check. Send it to them with the form.</p>
