I will be a 2010 first-year engineering student. I have to pick five electives.

So far I have:

 1. Introduction to Music Theory
 2. Logic, Reasoning, and Persuasion
 3. Introduction to Philosophy

5.

I am thinking of taking Greek and Roman Mythology since I am really interested in it. I was also thinking about Current Moral and Social Issues too. Then again, there is Sociology, Criminology, Law and Politics, Language, and so much more too. So, I want your takes on them. :)

What would you suggest for the other two?

What is the class “Logic, Reasoning, and Persuasion” about?
