I’m currently a rising highschool senior (class of 2012) living in georgia, but my parents are living in Riverside, California. they would like for me to attend college in the state of california so i could stay closer to them. they thought it would be best for me to graduate with my classmates instead of moving to an unfamiliar school in riverside. would i qualify for in-state tuition for the fall of 2012?

Class of 2012 forum is meant for people who are graduating UCLA in 2012.

Either way I’ll reply. I believe you can qualify for in-state tuition. Since you parents have permanent residence in California, all you have to do is show that you will also be living there. You are best off getting in contact with a UC rep.
