Please proofread my academic suspension appeal?

Hello, my name is XXX and I am writing this letter in hopes to appeal my Academic suspension. I fully understand that I am at fault for this situation, and it will never happen again. Truthfully, the reason I have not achieved SAP requirements is due to my uncommon circumstances. As a freshman college student, I was finally given a chance to show how independent I could be. Compared to how adaptable high school was, I thought college would be easy. Over time managing my classes, maintaining my grades, and keeping up with my unruly skin disorder (XXX) had eventually became a hassle. These challenges had consequently distracted me from meeting the goals required of both of my failed classes. Despite the obstacles I have encountered, I will successfully complete my classes with passing grades. In pursuance of improving my grades, I have made some drastic changes over the past few months. For instance, I have schedule to meet with my initiative coordinator to successfully create an academic plan. Then, I have made an daily planner to help me usefully manage the hours of my day. Next, I will routinely meet with my professors to discuss concerns about my classes. Also my parents have brought a computer to help me keep up with online assignments. Additionally with the help of my mom, I have been able to take better care of my skin disorder. This semester I have plenty of help, and nothing will stop raising my grades up to acceptable SAP standards, and passing all of my courses. I genuinely hope this letter shows you that I am on a successful path to being a great student. I would love to continue my education at Northshore XXX with the assistance of Financial Aid.
