He liked the sports team he interacted with but ultimately chose a different school and decided not to play his sport.

My S22 applied as it was a school in our geographic area. I’m pretty sure he got over 40K in merit but we never visited since it was never a true contender. I feel it is one of those schools that kids attend if they are doing a sport and is much more regional based with the student population. I did think their website and marketing materials were very helpful and done well.
