my friend got deferred/waitlisted at MIT since my f. appled early decision. What is my f.'s chances of getting in?
STATS: 2nd in class of 600(all high A’s all AP classes)(4.0 gpa UNW), 1400 SAT, decent SAT2’s, Varsity sport for 4 years and team captain. Many leadership positions (VP’s and P’s). did summer research at NASA and got paided for it. Volunteered about 100 hours. Teacher’s love my friend.
MIT is my f.'s dream school so if anybody has any tips to help get a little edge until second round pleaseeeeeee tell. Thank you very much.
