Hi, I chose to do prompt #1: “Some students have a background, identity, interest, or talent that is so meaningful they believe their application would be incomplete without it. If this sounds like you, then please share your story.”
I wrote about a sort of out-of-the-box topic in how I became interested in goldfish and fish in general and how that made me more compassionate about animals that others may consider disposable and boring.
Right now it is 576 words. I’m open to adding more if you feel there are some parts that fall flat. Also please double check my grammar!
