do colleges report GPA’s to panhel or to the e-council of a sorority?
if not, do they even report when a student is on academic probation, or is it based on academic honesty when the members are asked to report their grades to the “academic chair”?

Most sororities have you sign an authorization for the grades to be reported directly to the sorority. My daughters’ sororities knew their grades, often before they did. My daughter’s coach also knew her grades and if she missed class.
I’m not sure if the individual student’s grades are reported to Panhel or only the house average.
