Please read this on the eugene lang supplement

The question is as an active student design an ideal class,on your course of interest(in my case real estate enterpreneurship)explain what it will entail and it’s lasting impact on you and eugene lang learning community.
I am an international student and i think we have a different approach of teaching here so i’m having difficulty on how to write the essay. However here is the general thing on the lasting impact part i want my fellow students to come out as:
KNOWLEDGEABLE PEOPLE NOT IN DESIGNING BUSINESS MODELS BUT IN TAKING THE RISKS REQUIRED TO BECOME AN ENTEPRENEUR.
I think a real estate developer/ enterpreneur should have skills, they should know a bit of everything so that they’ll know merits of everything proposed to them by architects, electrical engineers etc.I mean how can you know merits of pentagonal structure if you’ve never learned a thing about it.I think they should have awesome ideas, ability to analyse if situations are profitable or not,and most of all a drive to achieve something if they are put to the task.I want to be in a class where teachers teach you how to think not what to think! If i was the lecturer I would insist on practical application of skills from day one!I’ll pair my students on basis of strengths and weakness! That is you get to pair with the strength of your weakness and weakness of your strength. Then maybe have them design an idea which we will sell to a real estate institution associated with the school. If you have read Rich dad,Poor dad,and you think it’s a good approach, then you must be catching my drift. If you’ve read the world is flat you probably do too.I want to come out of my degree with full fledged ability to get my ideas to the market, convince people to finance them and make them successful.I JUST NEED A DRAFT OF WHAT THE COURSE IS TO ENTAIL in specific real estate enterpreneurship.

So what you need to write is a course curriculum? Or a description of such a course? Sorry if I’m needlessly confused here.

Description of a course
