Please reply i am very tensed

Both on this forum and on the Harvard forum posters are suggesting that you calm down and give this a rest, because you are only a sophomore! You need to really get a grip and stop panicking about something that is almost two years in the future. You would be better served at this time asking these questions of your high school counselor, rather than posing them non-stop to the anonymous posters on CC who are urging you to COME BACK NEXT YEAR! There is no RATIONAL reason to be so upset and so overwrought about admissions as a sophomore. Do your best in high school – NOW – and admissions decisions appropriate to your achievements will invariably come your way. IN TWO YEARS! As has been suggested, it is now time to give this a rest and get back to high school. You are having what seems to be a major “freak out” and it would probably be more productive for you to deal with your stress issues NOW, and worry about college admissions issues later – you know… NEXT year.

We don’t know if you should do AP or IB, and cannot appropriately advise you at this time. Really, please ask these questions of your high school counselor. Advising you appropriately is his or her job. Or, perhaps, get your parents’ best advice.

It is very probable that parents and high school counselor will say what we are trying to tell you. Sophomore year is way too early to be be so overwrought about college admissions. Do your best in high school – NOW – and the rest will follow in its own good time.
