Pleasee help! Can I get into these colleges with these grades?

<p>My gpa is 3.5-3.6 (I’m bringing it up)
I take two aps this year (my junior year)
and next year I’ll take four
I’m very active in theatre and have gotten main parts every year, I take intensive classes in the city, and am doing a highlyyy selective summer program for theatre this summer
my sat will hopefully be 2000, but currently it’s in the 1900 range
30 act
others ecs are pretty good, definitely a lot of clubs and specialized
classes</p>

<p>For Tisch, you would need to audition/send in a portfolio, so we can’t accurately chance you. But you have to know that NYU Tisch is <em>extremely</em> selective.</p>

<p>I think you can. Some of these schools aren’t REALLY HUGE reaches and I’ve brought up my grades (like you) this year (junior year) and counselors have told me that improvement is great! Barnard is like the only somewhat reach for you! Good luck!!!</p>

<p>EDIT: Oh and I’m not sure but I hear Swarthmore is pretty awesome for acting so maybe consider that? I’m not sure on how selective it really would be though…</p>
