<p>I was wondering what my chances were for the UC’s and some privates. For the UC’s, I applied to Berkeley, Los Angeles, San Diego, Irvine, and Santa Barbara. For privates, I applied to Columbia Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science, Carnegie Mellon University, and Brandeis University. Oh yes, and I’m Asian. Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeee help me!!! I would appreciate it A LOT!!! :):):):)</p>

Verbal: 520
Math: 650
Writing: 530</p>

<p>SAT II
Math IIC: 640
Chemistry: 650</p>

<p>Extra Curriculars:

  • California Scholarship Federation Member since 1st semester of Sophomore year
  • Korean Club President, and member since Freshman year
  • National Honor Society
  • Volunteered for 2 years at LAC+USC Hospital with 241 hours
  • Assistant Editor in Journalism
  • Honor roll since 1st semester of freshman year
  • Campus Beautification Club member for 2 years
  • Korean School for 9 years
  • 100+ hours of community service for California Scholarship Federation</p>

<p>It’s a long shot, honestly. Your community service looks great, but your scores aren’t high enough…perhaps retake the SAT? And concentrate on a few EC’s rather than a whole bunch of them; right now it looks a bit scattered. Good luck, though!</p>

<p>um your sat’s and ap’'s are low…other than that, your ec’s are very solid…how about a sat retake?</p>

<p>umm i think i’m 42 out of 340 or 350 people. a lot of people in my school have been either dropping out or transferring to a new school. i don’t reach top 10%. :(</p>

<p>i was really aiming for UC Berkeley. i’m not much of a test-taker. =&lt;/p>

<p>what about the privates i listed? i’m already giving up on columbia and possibly carnegie mellon. haha</p>

<p>oh, and i can’t retake my SAT’s. i’m a senior in high school. :(</p>

<p>Are you in Cali? It might help a little w/ UCs if you are… A little help can go a long way though.
