Pls explain the curves, etc

I understand that each time the test is given, the scoring changes some, but I’m not clear on how, and what it means.

For each test date, does every exam have the exact same questions anywhere in the country?

On the score report it shows a range and says “When you take a test more than once, your scores may vary. This expected variation is considered your score range.” For example, in March D got 670 on CR with 8 wrong and the range was 640-700. Does that mean that other kids with a 670 that retook got btwn 640 and 700? Or does it mean that if she’d gotten 8 wrong on CR in the past year of tests, the difference in curve would have resulted in anywhere from a 640 to a 700?

Do adcomms look at the number wrong and whether they were easy or hard questions?

Any other insights into how this works?
Thanks so much,
