<p>I have submitted my application to Penn State university on 31st of January. The decision deadline was 31st of March, which is a day passed but still I did not get any notification, either acceptance or rejection. I try to log into My Pennstate account but for some reason, it says that the site is not available. I went to E lion instead, and it says that I could apply for StudentAid… Since I am a member of E lion, am I accepted to Penn State? </p>
