I was approved for the parent plus loan and signed the MPN for my daughter. The problem is that is not enough to cover the balance for room and board. We were hoping that it would be enough if it were combined with a delegate scholarship. We will be billed for housing in June but scholarship outcomes aren’t until August. She might not be awarded the scholarship. I want to withdraw the housing request and get out of the plus loan before it’s awarded. Does anyone know if I can do this?
Call the Financial Aid office NOW. Talk to them.
Just call the financial aid office and cancel.
