<p>Read a lot of past tests. Start practicing in earnest. And, most importantly, make the effort to write properly ALL the time. And yes, this means abandoning the moronic dewd speak and cryptic shortcuts and replacing them with correct punctuation. </p>

<p>Look at a few grammar books like Diane Hacker’s Bedford Handbook or The Elements of Style. They’re not sat specific but they are short, cheap and easy to understand for general grammar rules. Check online for other grammar tips as well.
