Please give me your objective feedback.

I am a citizen of the 21-year-old country of XXX applying for a XXX program to attend University of XXXX to study XXX majoring in xxx. My grandparents and parents have told me stories of when we were part of USSR and our culture, tradition, history, customs, language and religion were under strict control. Under independence, the transformation I have witnessed has been remarkable, but a cadre of new blood is required to further democratize our economic and social systems. I do not want to be part of the “brain drain” leaving my country, but one of the young, highly educated, talented, skilled, creative, full of spirit of democratic ideals and internationalism next generations who can contribute to the development our country and our nation.
I preferred XXX because of quality and economical education opportunities at high standards, cultural wealth, friendly environment and modern campuses of it. The undergraduate social science program in XX is the best fit for my ambitious because the educational system at University of XXX allows students to study interconnecting areas while here in XXX we have to choose only one field and all the classes are emphasized on the chosen field. The XXXX department is considered to be one of the prestigious programs at University of XXX and one of my best preferences for my education. With some of the best professors and graduates University of XXX is matchless and for me to be the best and learn from the best will help me pursue my dreams and ambitions.
Also, my graduation abroad would be a great empowerment for young women in my country. Considering that in my country most women do not get higher education abroad and some of them even do not earn University degree at all. As in near future I want to be involved empowering women in my country and organize an NGO related with women issues and help them to be an active part of society. Moreover, I am sure that being part of University of XXX I will have an opportunity to enjoy unique nature, deep rooted history and rich culture, delicious food as well as qualified education which I do not want to miss.
Academically, I have always been considered honor of lyceum, one of the best students in math, English, Russian and many more subjects. My passion of mathematics, analyzing and problem solving skills led me to choose financial academic lyceum as my high school and successfully graduated with 4 out of 4 GPA.
My interest in XXXX grew when I traveled to US and understand their way of life and how they perceive life. This opportunity and my ten months experience sparked interest to XXX majoring in XXXs. Motivated to learn more, I audited GIS, Pre-calculus, and several classes that is related with Anthropology and served as volunteer for AUAP students while my stay in Washington as a dependent of my father who was a scholar at Easter Washington University.( Shall I mention this?)
…, Furthermore, being bilingual motivated me to learn English, Turkish, Kazakh and now I intend to learn xxxx as well. XXXX being official language is indeed essential in every students daily life even though the classes will be taught in English. So this program is not only providing me with qualified education but I would be privileged to learn this language. My leadership skills and being able to express my thoughts without hesitation, persuasive skills I have is my best qualities. I overcame challenges and failures and I was never afraid to lose because these failures made me stronger. I have never run away from obstacles instead I tried to solve them with the most creative way. The qualities and skills I have definitely will help me to succeed in my future career.
Apart from academic interests, I have diverse experience in extra-curricular activities as well. In my leisure time I like to cook, doing sports like jogging, playing tennis and dancing traditional Uzbek dance. I had a chance to share our culture, customs, national cloth, language, music and even dance and used every possibility and chance to be part of such kind of events in WA and CO, US. As I was a volunteer for AUAP (Asian University American program) students I was lucky to get to know XXX people who are full of spirit and motivation and being able to spent time with international students made me realize again this is what I desire to do; understand people, their culture, lifestyle, desires and morals.
I gained experience working with AUAP students in WA and having part time job teaching English in XXX and to be enrolled in University of XXX I intent to volunteer for students who would be willing to learn English, Russian, Uzbek and others. As all of this has developed my communication skills, disciplines in the workplace which will be essential in my future career. Being able to help and motivate others to succeed is one of my proudest achievements in my life. I intent to be involved in all kinds of groups, activities and social gatherings and by doing this I will represent my country, Uzbek language, cuisine, costume and everything that is related with me and my country. I believe I deserve the honor of being a student at University of XXX
As I am a very active person I want to involve in sports at University of XXX too. I was able to learn ice skate, practiced zumba for the first time which involves aerobics and dances such as rumba, salsa, tango and many more Latin American dance styles. I am never tired of trying new things and challenge myself. With every challenge passed by me I prove that everything is possible if you try and put your heart on what you are doing. I know that University of XXXX has a lot of outstanding and distinguished athletes and being at the same University with them is an honor for every student.
