Plzz Help..!!

<p>Hi,
I am a US citizen applyin from oversees for graduate studies in US for Fall 2009.I have completed my BS Electrical Engineering (4 years program) from outside US ranking 3rd (Bronze Medalist) in my batch with CGPA of 3.4/4.0.
I have tried giving GRE but my score is very low…and i dnt think i can improve as the deadlines for FALL 2009 admissions are very close n i wont b able to prepare well.</p>

<p>Please list universities which offer MS in Electrical Engineering but do not require GRE.</p>
