<p>Unless the poem calls for the imprisonment of imperialist financiers and a concurrent overthrow of capitalism, I think you should be pretty safe. It’s supplemental information, I’m not sure that it will have substantial impact either way.</p>
<p>No Sh !t you should include it. Wharton really does not care that much about whether every single piece of your application is related to business, they just want really really smart and accomplished kids, having your poem published is a differentiating factor and is impressive. </p>
<p>It will help you a hell of a lot more than the guy that founded a DECA chapter at his school (everyone does that, it is not unique or impressive, at all, like zilch).</p>
