<p>I need three things that are required for lowering the gambling age. I have so far 1. jobs/income, 2. lobbying in your jurisdiction, 3. lobbying at the county, then state & if you wish it to be universal, Federal level. </p>
<p>Are these things good and if so, how do I write about them? I need pros and cons of each.</p>
