I’ve held two executive titles in my school’s College Republicans club. For those of you who conjure the visceral reaction I’m hoping to avoid, I’m extremely moderate. Socially liberal and though I’m Jewish I think church and state simply should be separated (and isn’t today).
By biggest plug is political activism. I don’t care which side you’re for, but please be engaged.
I’ve put a lot of work into developing the club and was its president last semester.
Since I spend a lot of my time with the development and upkeep club, I want to put it on my resume. But in this polarized world, I know this would close many doors.
How do I put this on my resume without it adversely affecting me?
