<p>What are some good summer programs for high schoolers interested in politics, Model Un, and other international affairs and crises. I’m especially interested in human rights. I’ve heard of a couple, mainly JSA, HSS, and the Senate Page program but don’t know too much about them. How are they? What are other good ones?</p>

<p>Harvard Summer School</p>
<p>I went to JSA Summer School at Yale and it was fantastic. There are daily Congressional Workshops (debate) and there’s a Speaker’s Day where you get to meet notable political figures. Last summer I met with Katie Couric, Brian Williams, Geraldine Ferraro, and the Executive Director of UNICEF. It was truly worth my summer and if you’re into politics, this is definately a great summer program to attend.</p>
