Lol, my guidance counselor wouldn’t let me take anything else. Just like he’s making me take Physics senior year.

i skipped a math level,
6th: prealgebra (usually 7th)
7th: algebra 1
8th: geometry
9th: alg 2
10th: Calc AB
11th: Calc BC
12th: Calculus 3 at nearby collegee

7th: Algebra 1
8th: Geometry
9th: Algebra 2
10th: Precaluculs [currently]
11th: Calc AB [or should I take BC/skip AB?]

6th: Advanced math thing (Pre-Algebra?)
7th: Algebra 1
8th: Geometry
9th: Algebra 2
10th: Pre-cal
11th: AP Calc BC
12th: Stats probably

Two years ahead of on-level kids, one year ahead of most of my grade.

I feel so stupid compared to other CCers.

7th: Gifted Pre-Algebra
8th: Honors Algebra I (HS course in MS)
9th: Honors Algebra II
10th: Honors Geometry (nap time)
11th: Honors Pre-Calculus
12th: AP Calculus AB + AP Statistics (both optional, but I need them for b-school)

I used to be two years ahead college prep kids, but my district curriculum redo (for the better, since Geo obviously isn’t harder than Alg II) put me back to just one year ahead.

7th: Pre-Algebra
8th: Algebra 1
9th: Geometry
10th: Algebra 2, Algebra 3, Trig
11th: Calc 1, Calc 2
12th: don’t know yet

I got moved up in 5th grade:
6th-Honors Pre Algebra
7th-Honors Algebra 1
8th-Honors Geometry
9th-Honors Algebra 2
10th-Honors PreCalculus
11th-AP Calculus
12th-Probably Multivariable Calc at community college.

I’m not sure yet whether I should take AP Stats 10th, 11th, or 12th grade.

9th: Avian Counting 1
10th: Avian Counting 2
11th: Honors Avian calculating
12th: AP Avian Mathematics BC

I’m extremely mad about this

8th: Algebra1
9th: Algebra 2 (skipped Geometry, woops)
10th: Pre Calc honors
11th: Calc honors
12th: AP Calc AB

My school sucks. There’s nothing passed AB. I suck. I did a dumb sequence. But I was the most advanced in my school for math. No other freshman took Algebra 2

7th grade: Pre-algebra (gifted)
8th grade: Algebra I (gifted)
9th Grade: Honors Geometry
10th Grade: Honors Algebra I
11th Grade: Honors Precalc/Trig and Honors Calculus (both at a university)
12th Grade: Statistics (also at a university). I could take Calc 2 next semester, but I keep hearing that it’s really difficult, and I loathe math. I’m taking it easy next semester and not taking any math course (hope that doesn’t look bad to colleges).

7th: Algebra I
8th: Geometry
9th: Pre-Calc Honors
10th: AP Calc BC (5 BC, 5 AB subscore)
11th: None (Stats wouldn’t fit :()
12th: AP Stats (if it fits, of course…TWSS?)

7th: Pre-Algebra
8th: Algebra 1
9th: Adv. Algebra/Algebra 2 Honors
10th: Geometry Honors

12: Calc BC

7th: Pre Algebra 2
8th: Algebra 1
9th: Geometry
10th: Algebra 2
11th: Pre Calculus
12th: Could be calculus AB (AP) or statistics (AP, H, CP)

The one that resemble’s everyone else’s who ends up in BC Calc senior year. Gah, I wish my school had let me go faster in middle school…I could definitely be a year ahead.

6th: Transition math
7th: Pre-algebra
8th: Algebra I
9th: Honors Geometry
10th: Honors Algebra II
11th: Honors Pre-calculus
12th: AP Calculus BC

Is this basically showing off how great we are at math
I’m kidding, I get that y’all wanna compare your math courses since we go to different schools

7th: regular math class + advance math lesson once a week
8th: " " (math HW is level of 10th grade -__-)
9th: 10th grade math
Current: 11th grade math (NCEA Level 1 Math)
I basically took the most rigorous classes offered, but students can do correspondence classes if they want and take harder courses (but then they’re doing things on their own most the time, and it’s for the students who want to graduate a year early)
Math in NZ is pretty easy, we use the calculator for everything

11th: AB Calculus

7th grade: Algebra I
8th grade: Geometry
9th grade: Albegra II
10th grade: AP Statistics
11th grade: Pre-Calculus
12th grade: AP Calculus BC

For some reason, we’re not allowed to take Precal until junior year, which means the kids that got ahead in junior high have to take Statistics as a filler class their sophomore year.

6th grade: advanced math
7th grade: PreAlgebra
8th grade: Algebra I
9th grade: Geometry
10th grade: Algebra 2/Trig

7th: Pre-Algebra
8th: Honors Algebra I
9th: Algebra II
10th: Honors Geometry
11th: Honors Trigonometry w/ Analytical Geometry
12th: Honors College Algebra

no Calc. lol
