<p>It certainly factored into our search and the search of several other people I know. I’m glad for Pomfret that they decided to do this. I think it will help them. Even IBM eliminated the jacket & tie requirement around 15 years ago! Jacket & tie for boys (often paired with flip flops) and almost anything goes for girls sends a negative message to me.</p>
