My guess would be that they were updating information on students portals and accidentally pressed a wrong button or messed up the code

Did it change just like today or a few days ago. It seems a lot of people, including mine, counselors changed. Iām pretty sure this is just because they changed the geographic areas each counselors serve.
Portal now only says
We look forward to sharing your admission decision soon!
And nothing about them reviewing anymore. This is getting too real
Pitzer decisions are out, so should be soon!

FWIW, Pomonaās waitlist often yields a fair number of admits, usually around 10% although it varies from year to year. My Pomona kid was offered a spot off the waitlist around May 7 last year. Best of luck!

In the letter my daughter received they said that historically 2-8% of those on the WL are offered admission.
She is hopeful.
They did let in 50 more students than last year (861 v. 811) which could impact the WL.
