Poor EC's, can my SAT help me?

<p>If I were to apply to a school like Northwestern with a 2200 SAT, good GPA and low range EC’s, I probably wouldn’t get it. Would applying with a 2300 give me a better chance, or would the below average EC’s drag me down either way? </p>

<p>I got a 2030 my first try but I’m hoping to improve that to a 2200 maybe just by studying next time</p>

<p>a 2200 or a 2300 and little EC’s won’t make much of a difference. It’s still practically the same college app with 2 or 3 more questions correct on a silly test. lol</p>
